About the Role:
With over 300 clients and continued growth in our Audit client base, we are looking to recruit an Audit Senior to join our busy audit team. Applicants should be part qualified ACA/ACCA and should have experience assisting on audit assignments. Duties will include:
- Building strong relationships with new and established clients
- Planning audit engagements and leading onsite teams
- Analysis of accounting data from client's books and records
- Completing a variety of areas of audit work which includes the identification of issues, analysis of data, articulation of findings and the ability to draw informed conclusions;
- Liaising with clients to resolve any queries, escalating more complex matters to manager/partner
- Reviewing team members’ work before passing completed file to manager/partner
- Coaching juniors and providing feedback on the quality of their work and performance
- Controlling assignment time in line with pre-determined budget
- Developing new insights and proposing innovative solutions to help enhance audit quality
- Ensuring compliance with external (regulatory) and internal (audit methodology and risk management) requirements
- Identify and understand client's needs, providing initial solutions to client challenges and subsequently executing those
