The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for senior management in relation to processing payroll for the clients and administrative tasks. They should be well-organized and manage payroll and pension submissions for clients on a timely basis.
Responsible for the end-to-end payroll and pension process, including starters and leavers.
Responsibility for Time & Attendance validation and obtaining sign off for clients' payroll.
Resolving all payroll and pension queries from clients.
Compliance with payroll timetables and policies.
Input and process payroll data accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including pay rates, deductions, and benefit information.
Accurately calculate wages, salaries, deductions, and benefits, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Prepare and maintain payroll records, including timesheets, leave records, and tax forms.
Prepare various payroll reports, reconcile payroll accounts, and perform post-payroll activities.
Address payroll inquiries from employees, resolve errors, and ensure accurate and timely payments.
Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and tax filing.
Effectively communicate payroll policies and procedures to employees and managers.
