Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Creating and developing account plans for all your accounts, including organization profile, contacts, targets by service for each contact, strategy for growth, objectives and implementation schedule.
  • Following up on cold leads as well as warm leads.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies
  • Analyzing market data, identifying key insights and growth opportunities
  • Maintain and develop wide-ranging relationships within your assigned customer base
  • Renewing, cross-selling and up-selling a range of services across the value chain
  • Present and negotiate up to board level
  • Meet the required KPIs and ensure your activity beats standards and expectations
  • Continually improve your product and industry knowledge to ensure the best support can be offered to your customers – through industry event attendance and further reading
  • Contribute to the objectives of your division and achieve personal objectives
