We are looking for a motivated female Tele Sales Executive to join our Sales Department on a full-time contract basis. This role offers a fixed monthly salary with attractive monthly cash bonuses tied to sales performance. Additionally, a special bonus equivalent to half a month’s salary is awarded upon achieving mature sales targets. The position is located at Al Hafeez Shopping Mall, Gulberg 3, Lahore, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This opportunity is exclusively open to female candidates who are eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Punctuality and strong time management skills
- Energetic and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work the specified shift from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Female candidates only
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 120,000
