Mobile App Developer – Flutter (iOS & Android) Mid Level

Inspurate Business Services is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Flutter Developer to join our software development team based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. This role involves working through the entire mobile development lifecycle, including UI implementation, backend API integration, debugging, performance optimization, and publishing apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The position requires a proactive developer who can take ownership of features, collaborate effectively with backend developers and designers, and deliver reliable, production-ready mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, reusable UI components based on Figma or other design specifications.
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Implement state management using Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate Firebase services such as authentication, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
- Debug application issues, optimize performance, and maintain high code quality.
- Manage mobile application builds, testing, deployment, and releases.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Use Git for version control and actively participate in code reviews.
- Support CI/CD workflows and automated build processes.
- Troubleshoot platform-specific issues on both iOS and Android devices.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant mobile application development experience, with substantial hands-on Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming languages.
- Experience developing applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming concepts.
- Practical experience with Flutter state management solutions.
- Familiarity with Firebase integration in Flutter applications.
- Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture, clean code principles, and reusable components.
- Experience in building and releasing production-ready mobile applications.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and deliver assigned tasks on time.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of native iOS development using Swift and native Android development using Kotlin.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Codemagic, or Fastlane.
- Familiarity with Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firestore, and Crashlytics.
- Experience working with local databases and offline data synchronization.
- Understanding of mobile application security, authentication, and secure storage practices.
- Experience with automated testing and performance profiling.
- Exposure to AI-enabled mobile applications or integrations is an advantage.

The ideal candidate understands how mobile applications interact with backend systems, writes maintainable and well-structured code, independently investigates and resolves technical problems, pays close attention to application performance and user experience, communicates effectively with team members, and takes responsibility for delivering working software.

Working Arrangement

- Salary: Up to PKR 300,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience
