Mobile App Developer

You will collaborate closely with the team to build, enhance, and deliver mobile solutions that make a meaningful impact on how people access and manage their benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using React Native.
- Translate Figma designs into smooth, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs to connect mobile apps with backend services.
- Manage application state effectively using Redux or Context API.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Handle app deployment processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including submission and updates.
- Use version control systems such as Git to manage codebase and collaborate with other developers.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency in React Native framework.
- Solid experience in building and deploying Android and iOS applications.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with REST API integration and Git version control.
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into functional and visually appealing mobile interfaces.
- Proven experience with app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
