Mobile Automation(XCUIT+ Java) Testing Lead

We are currently seeking a Mobile Automation Testing Lead with expertise in XCUITest and Java to join our teams located in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Bhubaneswar. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in software development engineer in test (SDET) practices and hands-on experience in mobile automation, particularly within the iOS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile automation frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and high-quality standards.
- Develop robust automation scripts using XCUITest (Swift) or Appium with a focus on iOS automation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to integrate automation solutions effectively.
- Maintain and enhance existing Java codebases related to automation, ensuring code quality and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation processes and frameworks to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on automation progress, challenges, and solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an SDET, with a strong focus on mobile automation testing.
- Proven expertise in XCUITest (Swift Automation) or Appium with iOS automation experience is mandatory.
- Solid experience in framework design, development, and maintenance; candidates should have more than just scripting skills and be capable of building and evolving automation frameworks.
- Proficient in Java development, with experience maintaining codebases following industry standards.
- Strong understanding of automation framework design principles and best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within diverse teams.
- Total experience ranging between 5 to 8 years in relevant roles.
