We have launched Keet Mobile on iOS and Android, bringing our full peer-to-peer (P2P) technology stack to users everywhere. Keet Mobile is unique, powered by a custom JavaScript runtime designed specifically for P2P use, sharing 100% of its codebase with Keet Desktop. The UI is built entirely with React Native, allowing rapid iteration and flexibility. This architecture opens vast future possibilities, and we are seeking your expertise to help us realize them.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Keet Mobile, a P2P chat and calling app for iOS and Android, built with React Native and Expo.
- Own features end-to-end, including UI/UX implementation and integration with the P2P core APIs running on-device in a Bare worklet.
- Build and refine features across chat, voice and video calls, media sharing, device pairing, and identity backup.
- Integrate native platform capabilities such as push notifications, camera access, biometrics, and background tasks on both iOS and Android.
- Profile and optimize app performance on real devices, focusing on startup time, media handling, battery consumption, and network usage.
- Write unit and end-to-end tests to maintain release stability, leveraging CI and crash reporting tools.
- Collaborate closely with core P2P, design, and product teams, maintaining a high standard of code quality through rigorous code reviews.

Required Qualifications
- Significant experience with React Native, Redux for state management, and Redux-Saga.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ standards.
- Experience working with WebSockets and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with native languages such as Swift and Kotlin, and native build tools including Xcode and Android Studio, is advantageous.
- Experience working effectively within a remote team environment.
- Strong interest in modernizing and optimizing mobile or web applications.
