We are seeking to fill a Sr. Front-End Engineer role with a specialty/expertise in React.js and nodeJs. Your primary focus will be developing new user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as mobx or Redux). Candidates should have excellent communication skills - will be involved in business discussions
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in IT systems analysis and application program development
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles Hands-on experience with React JavaScript Node.js CSS JSON ES6 Syntax Document Object Model SQL
Experience with relational databases Experience with NoSQL databases
Experience with Git and version control concepts Familiarity with Restful APIs and computer science fundamentals in data structures
Familiarity with continuous integration and DevOps methodologies best practices and tools such as Github Jenkins and UDeploy
o Extensive experience with GIT and working with cross-functional project teams using Scrum Agile with remotely located team members Experience with CI/CD concepts and tooling AWS Code* a plus
o Experience with application architecture software design and design patterns Willingness and proven ability to learn new technologies/methodologies and apply them.
Skills:
At least seven years of work experience.
At least four years’ experience with ReactJs and nodejs
Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and SASS/CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in consuming various REST and/or SOAP services.
Must have senior level React and Node skills and SQL
