We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential.

Keep in Mind That this position requires hardwork in all type of weather and domestic situations within the market. As this position requires you to be in market 80% of your time. 

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets of SIms, MFS by successfully managing the sales team while taking ownership of team performance
  • Design and implement monthly plan that achieves 100% company's monthly and daily Targets in All KPI's
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Distribution officers and sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting Retail relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
