- As a Project Management Executive, you would manage End to End delivery of projects through the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closure. To ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- 1. Project planning: Defining project scope, creating detailed work plans, setting timelines, project reporting.
- 2. Progress monitoring: Tracking project progress against the plan, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective action as needed.
- 3. Stakeholder communication: Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- 4. Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate project goals, updates, and issues to diverse stakeholders.
- 5. Analytical skills: Identifying problems, evaluating data, and making informed decisions.
- 6. Organizational skills: Managing complex project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation effectively.
- 7. Technical expertise: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), tools, and software.

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Software Engineering or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of relevant project management experience
- Certifications (Preferred): Any recognized project management certification
