- Receives payment authorization forms, from various departments, ensure completion as per Bank’s policy.
- Process of vendor payments and account for applicable taxes
- Booking of all expenses in GL.
- Making Journal Entries of Bank funds transfer.
- Process all the foreign payments and ensure their timely disbursement.
- Liaison with different government bodies to get NOC’s for remittance of foreign payments.
- Coordination with vendors in terms of sharing their payment details, tax deductions etc.
- Maintain and keep a screened active vendor list.
- Reconciliation of Payable schedule.
- Reconciliation of Advances schedule.
- Reconciliation of inter module (GP/T24) schedule
- Reconciliation of SBP receivable schedule.,
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Month end closing activity regarding payables.
- Meetings with vendors to reconcile the issues.
- Any other assignment as delegated.
