Provide support for all ADC applications currently functional as well as upcoming on production environment.

  • Responsible to manage UBP/Home Remittance operational/Technical related matter with the end users.
  • Responsible for installation of new ADC terminal (like ATM, POS etc.).
  • Monitor & update of Channel operations.
  • Coordinate with I.T/Vendor/Business for a smooth operation.
  • Provide technical support to the end users on all IT ADC related tasks time to time.
  • Ensure that all the issues raised by the end users resolve within agreed TATs.
  • Adherence of change management & handing over/taking over responsibilities when moving the newly development products on the production environment.
  • Provide full support in the BCP/DR Process.
  • Ensure that all incident reports are maintained and keep a record for audit purpose.
  • Provide full support in IT Projects Deployments.
  • Assignment of any new tasks given by the line manager.
  • Responsible to train internal unit staff to ensure that primary and backup resources are available all the time.
  •  Adherence to information security policy of the bank.
