• Develop a digital strategy, as required vide clause 1.3 of the Enterprise Technology Governance and Risk Management Framework 

Development of customer focused digital products and services.

• End to end digitization of processes for delivery of digital products and services.

• Interoperability of delivery channels.

• Review and update digital strategy on annual basis.

• Prepare and suggest the roadmap of digitizing/value creation in existing internal processes as well as for customer offerings and create new revenue streams.

• Facilitate management in digital transformation through digital customer acquisition, creating partnerships and cross-sell/up-sell etc.

• Arrange for adoption of innovative technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and big data analytics etc. for data analysis and acquiring valuable insights from data repositories.

• Study the innovative technology-driven solutions especially in the area of payments and suggest their feasibility and adoption.

• Establish digital channels including but not limited to asset and liability apps, b2b portals, website, IVR, USSD, Cards, and SMS based products and services

• Developing high quality UI/UX, testing including customer testing protocols

• Achieve set targets on MAU, DAUs, # of transactions, other engagement metrics including customer pain point proactive reductions.

• Align technology & digital transformation strategy with Bank’s digital vision.

• Leads strategy, budgeting, implementation and operations of digital assets.

• Leverage industry-knowledge and innovation to identify and build new revenue streams for the Bank.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Digital & Financial Officer, Management team in all digital transformation matters and ensure smooth transition.

• Build center of expertise within digital unit to support evolution.

• As a transformation leader, bring change in mindsets by working directly with the stakeholders.

• Introduce and ensure that agile project management principles and processes are in place for effective delivery of digital projects.

• Ensure that sustainable and effective mechanisms are in place to ensure stability of digital assets that have gone into production by working closely with IT teams.

• Bring innovation in solutions and delivery to ensure faster time to market for new digital initiatives with agility.

• Act as a technology business partner and manage stakeholder expectations. Help spread awareness and understanding of digital technologies and how they relate to business empowerment and enablement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams, internal customers, and stakeholders to advise best practices, refine, translate, and analyze their requirements and provide tailored-solutions.
