• Handling Bank’s social media platforms like Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn and work place with frequently posting on these platforms and replying to the queries routed through these platforms. 
  • Preparing/generating content for bank’s magazine, annual report, customer success stories and making sure to roll out magazine on quarterly basis. 
  • Handling bank’s website and keep it up to date with bank’s latest events and changes. Also develop content to be uploaded on website. 
  • Prepare corporate communications, executive profiles and president’ messages for different occasions. 
  • Assist in planning and executing different customer engagement activities through branches and area offices. 
  • Assist in executing different employee engagement activities. 
  • Come up with different innovative ideas for marketing of bank’s products and services.
  • Assist in developing write ups for broachers and standees being designed in house.
  • Should possess excellent power point skills and be able make useful presentation for different forums to be used in house and externally. 
  • Should be able to brand HO and branches into better working places.
  • Assist in arranging different seminars and events for the bank. 
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box, gather information and develop new ideas. 
  • Sustain strong, trusting relationships with media personnel, particularly, liaise with financial and banking sector Reporters/Correspondents and target groups to provide timely and accurate information on Bank.
