Being ‘Accounts Executive’ candidate will be responsible for performing specialized accounting tasks required to maintain the organization's Financials.
• Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the tasks will include assisting in accurately recording the revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities of the organization.
• Keep liaison with the banks on a daily basis to settle routine issues as and when needed
• Regularly assist in preparing and maintaining the company’s Financials.
• Ensure timely, accurate & proper bookkeeping
• Prepare bank reconciliation statement on a Weekly/monthly basis.
• Prepare bank payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal vouchers
• Assist in handling tax returns as well as calculation & timely settlement of all applicable taxes (WHT, etc.) and other such deductions
• Coordinate with the Company's external auditor and facilitate the annual audit.
• Complete petty cash and maintaining of the cash book
• Ensuring timely payments of all bills and invoices
• To undertake all other relevant tasks and duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time
