Modular Fintech Ltd is seeking a skilled UI/UX Figma Designer with a strong background in interaction design and user interface design to contribute to the development of financial software solutions. The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional experience, with a minimum of two years working specifically in Figma, including the use of components and design systems. The UI/UX Figma Designer will take responsibility for translating complex financial concepts into clear, user-friendly designs that align with business goals and customer needs. The designer plays a critical role in wireframing, prototyping, and performing usability testing to refine the user interface based on feedback and data insights. Working extensively in Figma, the professional will utilize component libraries, design systems, and component variants to ensure consistent and scalable design solutions across product features. Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for financial software using Figma, ensuring all elements support the overall user experience and business objectives.
- Create and maintain Figma component libraries and design systems to promote consistency and scalability across all projects.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed user flows to visualize design concepts clearly during all phases of development.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on design solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project requirements.
- Apply principles of responsive design to ensure applications deliver seamless experiences on various devices and screen sizes.
- Utilize component variants and component-based design methodologies in Figma to increase efficiency and maintain design flexibility.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively in English, facilitating smooth collaboration and alignment in a fast-paced work environment.
- Work independently to manage design tasks, prioritize workloads, and deliver high-quality assets within tight deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and fintech technologies to continually enhance design strategies.
