- Separate management of accounting transactions with respect to persons, companies in ERP.
- Separate documents management of all persons and companies.
- Creation of separate chart of accounts with respect to persons and companies.
- Ensure that all accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately in the proper head of accounts.
- Conduct regular bank visits for checkbooks, bank statements, and issuance of banking instruments.
- Separate management of tax record for annual tax working and submission of income tax returns.
- Any other task assigns by MABL management
- Monthly and annual preparation of Profit and Loss Accounts in case of a company.
- Monthly and annual preparation of Balance Sheet in case of a company.
- Daily bank balance updating to concerned persons.
- Preparation of Share valuation and Movement Report as per the demand of MABL Management.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement on a monthly basis.
- All other reports subject to demand and direction issued by MABL management from time to time.
