We are hiring a professional and experienced Executive Secretary to join our team! If you have strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, we would love to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take dictation in shorthand and draft official/legal letters
- Draft and send letters to companies we deal with
- Take notes in meetings and prepare detailed minutes
- Draft board meeting minutes, general meeting notices, and SOPs
- Ensure timely circulation and implementation of SOPs and office orders
- Handle regulatory and compliance-related legal letters
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Archive and maintain company records efficiently
- Conduct strong follow-ups on assigned tasks
- Perform data entry and document digitization
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fast typing speed with shorthand skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail & 100% error-free content
