- Taking estimates, approvals and conducting audits pertaining to the constructions.
- Supervise the repair and maintenance on the allotted sites.
- Maintain the operational budget and ensure that it is strictly being followed.
- Keep a vigilant eye on the expenditure and try to control it as much as possible.
- Managing and supervising the operations of the stores, checking the materials and finished goods etc.
- Send all lists of materials required to be purchased in the form of store indents or in any other form so that no excessive purchases of any materials, stores or spare parts are made.
- Look after and supervise the management of clerks, wages, payments and approvals etc.
- Verify the bills and notices.
- Report a weekly newsletter to Head Office giving complete report on the operation of the mines.
- Ensuring implementation of company policy, review and improving current practices to meet company objectives.
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Supervise the onsite construction and ensure the onetime bill of material with quality delivery.
- Regular field visits, including mines and challan gate etc.
- Supervise the transportation of water and other relevant materials on a constant schedule.
- Ensure the safety and security of the site and devise ways to avoid the security breaches.
- Ensure that the safety of the workers is not being overlooked. Keep a check on the medical emergency first aid kits, operations of the dispensary and respond promptly in case of any such incident.
- Checking of Above Surface Field Operations: Mechanical and Electrical.
