The ideal candidate will play a dynamic role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processes, including data input, calculations, and disbursements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits (Provident Fund, EOBI) taxes, and other deductions.
- Stay informed about local, state, and federal payroll tax regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Generate and file necessary reports related to payroll taxes and contributions.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address employee concerns related to payroll.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and exchange information.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
