Now we are looking for a sharp and energetic Customer Support Representative who can work in a challenging and yet compatible environment. The ideal candidate must possess:
- Candidate must be experienced of handling international customer through calls (British Accent Required) and Tickets.
- Candidate must have ability to provide right solutions to the customer's request.
- Create/Update tickets in a proper manner.
- Candidate should be Proficient in problem resolution techniques with strong voice and British Accent.
- Candidate should have the ability to learn and manager system properly.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
