Interior Designer

MOHKAM'S is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with at least five years of experience in the furniture industry to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead a team of three professionals and take charge of transforming client spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. This role requires thorough knowledge of space planning, material selection, and design software, paired with excellent client communication skills to understand and deliver on client preferences effectively. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating detailed design proposals, including 2D and 3D layouts, while collaborating with sales and production teams to ensure the seamless execution of designs. A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp. Strong creative thinking and project management abilities will be crucial to succeed in this role and lead the team to achieve client satisfaction and project excellence.
Responsibilities

Consult with clients to gather detailed information about their space planning, interior style preferences, and furniture requirements.
Develop comprehensive design layouts, including 2D drafting and 3D modeling, using AutoCAD and other interior design software.
Prepare visual proposals that effectively communicate design concepts, including material, finish, and color recommendations tailored to client needs.
Recommend appropriate furniture pieces, materials, finishes, and color schemes based on client preferences and industry trends.
Manage and supervise a team of three members to ensure efficient delivery of design projects within time and budget constraints.
Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to coordinate design execution and ensure project specifications are met with quality standards.
Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Oversee and maintain the CAD design workflow to optimize productivity and consistency across projects.
Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project to plan, schedule, and track project progress effectively.
Provide ongoing client support and communication throughout the design process to address concerns and incorporate feedback.
