Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of overall program activities; making sure a program’s deliverables are meeting the objectives of the program in terms of cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Planning and organizing program activities with the Implementing partner organization as outlined in the project’s documents
  • Regularly coordinate with Implementing partner organization to ensure quality projects progress in a timely manner
  • Supervision and monitoring of new beneficiary induction.
  • Conduction of field visits for monitoring and verification
  • Designing and developing detailed program proposals
  • Review and evaluate new incoming proposals and request for grants
  • Ensuring smooth running of the Projects activities in respective districts by providing technical back stopping to Implementing partner organization
  • Receive and review regular (quarterly and biannual) reports from the Implementing partner organization and provide feedback to them.
  • Ensure timely release of funds to partners and their effective utilization
  • Support senior management in building linkages and liaison with concerned stakeholders including civil society, government departments and beneficiaries.
  • Development of annual programs budget
  • Development and implementation of program related policies if and when needed
  • Preparation of briefs, power point presentations and reports for the stakeholders
  • Oversee administrative duties within the programs team including database management and grants administration.
  • Any other task assigned by the senior management.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in social sciences/Project Management or in the relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in developmental sector preferably in Reputable NGO.

Required Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to problem solve and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of constituents; Awareness and understanding of Medical, Education and Poverty related Issues in Pakistan
