The IT Network Technician collaborates with diverse technical teams to maintain network infrastructure, monitor performance, and secure systems against unauthorized access. Responsibilities include managing and configuring CCTV camera networks, applying best practices in network security, and ensuring the foundation's network supports all operational needs seamlessly. The technician plays a critical role in providing ongoing support, resolving complex network issues, and implementing improvements aligned with operational goals. Attention to detail, a strong command of networking concepts, and familiarity with both hardware and software aspects of IT networking are essential to excel in this position.
Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and related infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Manage LAN and WAN environments ensuring optimal performance and stability.
Implement and monitor network security measures to protect the infrastructure from threats.
Conduct regular software installations and updates necessary for network functionality.

Install and oversee CCTV camera network integrations and maintenance.
Perform routine network performance monitoring and provide detailed reports.
