Montessori Directress

Pak Askari Education System is seeking a qualified and experienced Montessori Directress to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and conducting Montessori classroom activities while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. This role requires dedication to supporting both the academic and personal development of students, maintaining classroom discipline, and effectively communicating with parents and school management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and conduct Montessori classroom activities
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Ensure students’ academic and personal development
- Maintain classroom discipline and records
- Communicate effectively with parents and school management

Required Qualifications:
- Montessori Diploma or relevant qualification
- Good communication skills
- Strong classroom management and child-handling abilities

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Monthly salary range: Rs30,000 to Rs40,000
- Work location: In person, Karachi
