- Experience with architecting, designing and developing SMS Firewall solutions based on standard specifications is required.
- Design and develop new features and requirements, which may vary from new interfaces with customers to the evolution of existing solutions/features
- Support in the deployment and installation of the SMS Firewall solution upon any new opportunity.
- Support and analysis for any troubleshooting needed for any reported issues in the functionality or the flow of the SMS
- Full experience in Object-oriented Development using JAVA on UNIX/Linux platform.
- Experience in SS7 and mainly jSS7 stack
- Exposure on all ss7 network protocols and SMS flows
- Exposure to relational database like Oracle & MySql or non relational databases like MongoDB.
- Experience in Developing Solutions/Applications in mobile telecom domain using SS7 ISUP/TCAP/SCCP, GSM MAP/CAMEL/IN or CDMA IS41D/WIN technologies
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell and Python desirable.
- Knowledge of Linux/Solaris internals are desirable
