The Mortgage Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate mortgage applications by analyzing financial documents and supporting underwriting decisions in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The analyst will assess credit risk, review property and borrower information, and prepare detailed, accurate reports for senior advisers and underwriters. This position requires close coordination with clients and internal teams to respond to information requests promptly and maintain comprehensive records within mortgage servicing systems. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to process improvements, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support the delivery of high-quality advisory services to mortgage clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate mortgage applications by reviewing financial documents and assessing credit risk.
- Analyze borrower and property information to support underwriting decisions.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports for senior advisers and underwriters.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather and respond to information requests.

Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry and experience with mortgage servicing processes.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foundational underwriting skills and familiarity with mortgage approval criteria.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software, with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently in an on-site environment.
