Mortgage Sales Associates

We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Customer Sales Associates to join our Mortgage Campaign team based onsite in Islamabad. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a high volume of cold calls, engaging potential customers, and driving sales while adhering to company policies and meeting performance targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective customers with professionalism and persistence.
- Present mortgage products clearly and persuasively to convert leads into successful sales.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Maintain a quality score of 95% or higher on all customer interactions to ensure service excellence.
- Accurately document all sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all communications, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a mortgage sales campaign or a similar sales role is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales aptitude, including the ability to persuade customers and close deals effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required by the campaign schedule.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
