Motion Designer – 3D

Join AIO as a 3D Motion Designer where you will take full ownership of creating high-quality 3D product renders, hardware visualizations, and animated explainers for a variety of devices including POS, mPOS, kiosks, KDS, and tableside kiosks. Your work will be integrated with 2D motion graphics for use across social media, paid campaigns, websites, sales, and events. This role is based in Islamabad within AIO’s dynamic in-house marketing team and reports directly to the Head of Marketing. You will manage the 3D asset library, establish visual standards for AIO hardware, collaborate closely with designers and motion artists, and coordinate efficiently with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain AIO’s 3D visual system by modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering every device and 3D icon using Cinema 4D or Blender to ensure a consistent, high-quality standard.
- Animate 3D product demos, feature reveals, and launch videos, integrating these with 2D elements in After Effects.
- Manage the 3D asset library, enabling website, product marketing, sales, and social teams to access up-to-date renders and stills as hardware and UI evolve.
- Collaborate directly with website teams (for hero visuals and product pages), product marketing (for launches), social media (for weekly 3D content), and event teams (for trade show collateral such as the NRA Show).
- Deliver polished, specification-compliant work on the first submission, adhering to platform formats, brand guidelines, export standards, and file organization best practices.
- Optimize scenes and rendering workflows for speed and efficiency, leveraging AI-assisted 3D, texturing, and imaging tools to reduce production time.
- Work closely with product and design teams to ensure renders accurately reflect real devices and current user interfaces.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in motion design, with a portfolio that includes at least three finished 3D product projects you have owned, complete with breakdowns and revision histories.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender, including modeling, lighting, materials, and camera animation, along with experience using render engines such as Redshift, Octane, or Cycles.
- Advanced skills in After Effects for compositing and integrating 2D and 3D elements.
- Strong eye for realistic lighting, material accuracy, and clean, minimalistic styling, with attention to detail that catches subtle inconsistencies.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal revisions while managing your own project queue efficiently.
- Regular use of AI tools in your creative pipeline (for image, texture, video, or 3D work), supported by examples.
- A strong sense of ownership and initiative, managing your workload proactively without needing constant direction.
- Ability to deliver work quickly and accurately, asking insightful questions upfront and proposing solutions rather than raising open-ended issues.
- Comfortable working independently across time zones, coordinating directly with U.S.-based teams in product marketing, website, sales, and design.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
