Motion Graphic Designer

The Motion Graphic Designer position at Savari is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role involves creating motion graphics and visual assets that effectively communicate complex ideas and product features across various digital platforms. The designer will develop concepts, storyboards, and animations for product videos, social media content, app interfaces, and marketing campaigns. Working closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams, the designer ensures all visuals align with brand guidelines and are optimized for different platforms. Additionally, the role includes refining existing assets, maintaining design libraries, and providing creative input to support the company’s broader visual strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging motion graphics and animations that clearly convey product features and concepts.
- Create storyboards and visual narratives that align with marketing and product objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to maintain brand consistency.
- Produce and edit video content suitable for multiple digital channels and formats.
- Maintain and update design libraries and visual assets to ensure quality and consistency.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual strategy and user experience.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in motion design and motion graphics, with the ability to create smooth and impactful animations.
- Experience in video production, including editing, compositing, and preparing content for diverse platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Expertise in industry-standard design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to translate product and marketing goals into clear, compelling visual stories and storyboards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree or certification in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
