Key Responsibilities
- Develop motion graphics and visual assets that effectively communicate complex ideas and product features across digital platforms.
- Create concepts, storyboards, and animations for product videos, social media content, app interfaces, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines and platform optimization.
- Refine and update existing visual assets while maintaining organized design libraries.
- Contribute creative ideas and input to support the broader visual strategy and brand development initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in motion design and motion graphics, capable of producing smooth and impactful animations.
- Experience in video production, including editing, compositing, and preparing content for diverse formats and channels.
- Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals such as layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Skilled in industry-standard design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to translate product and marketing goals into clear and compelling visual narratives and storyboards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree or certification in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
