Motion Graphics & 3D Video Animator

Cyber RT, a leader in cybersecurity and technology solutions, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & 3D Video Animator with 2 to 4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 2D and 3D animated videos, motion graphics, product videos, promotional content, and short-form social media clips. Working closely with the Marketing and Design team, this role involves transforming scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into compelling visual stories that align with Cyber RT’s brand identity. Key Responsibilities
- Create professional 2D and 3D animated marketing videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Develop motion graphics, transitions, typography, visual effects, and 3D animations.
- Produce engaging product and feature videos focused on cybersecurity, privacy, and technology solutions.
- Design company branding, promotional, and corporate videos consistent with established brand guidelines.
- Convert scripts, creative briefs, and concepts into captivating visual stories and animations.
- Create storyboards and contribute creative ideas for video concepts and marketing campaigns.
- Edit and enhance video content, animations, existing footage, and promotional materials.
- Generate short-form content tailored for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams on concepts, storyboards, campaigns, and content calendars.
- Ensure consistency in branding, visual quality, typography, color schemes, layouts, and animation styles.
- Maintain organized project files, including source files, 3D assets, animation files, and final exports.
- Stay updated on current trends in motion design, 3D animation, video production, and social media content.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, video production, or digital marketing content.
- Hands-on experience with 3D modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to apply visual effects, transitions, sound synchronization, and pacing to enhance video quality.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Blender.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
