Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop compelling motion graphics and animations tailored for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communications within the IT and tourism sectors.
- Design visually appealing graphics and layouts that effectively convey the intended message and align with brand standards.
- Animate graphic assets and produce engaging video content from storyboard through to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure creative alignment and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Optimize motion graphics and video content for various digital formats and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Maintain an organized workflow, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to create engaging motion design and motion graphics assets suitable for digital and video content.
- Skilled in video production processes including storyboarding, editing, and preparing files for multiple platforms.
- Strong graphic design expertise encompassing layout, typography, and visual composition principles.
- Proficient in industry-standard digital graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or their equivalents.
- Solid understanding of branding principles with the capability to consistently apply brand guidelines across all visual content.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work productively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
