We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. This role involves bringing visual concepts to life through engaging 2D and 3D animations, video assets, and visual effects across various marketing and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with art directors, copywriters, and video producers to ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and is delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Animate: Create and execute compelling motion graphics, kinetic typography, and both 2D and 3D animations that effectively capture audience attention.
Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop storyboards, scripts, and visual narratives that clearly convey the intended message.
Asset Creation: Design and maintain reusable motion graphics templates to streamline workflow and enhance team productivity.
Post-Production: Edit raw video footage, synchronize audio with visuals, and apply visual effects (VFX) to complete multimedia projects.
Brand Compliance: Ensure all animations and visual campaigns adhere strictly to company or client brand standards.
Iterative Refinement: Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and adjust designs to meet project objectives.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in motion design or video production.
Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Maya, or Blender is highly desirable.
Artistic Skills: Strong grasp of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animated projects, visual effects, and design work.
Soft Skills: Excellent time management, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation and Work Location
The role offers a starting salary of Rs70,000.00 per month. This is an on-site position requiring attendance at the designated work location.
