We’re currently looking to add to our client-facing Training Consultants team.
We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals who have the passion for imparting learning, upskilling people and who believe in continuous growth!
This position requires working with Companies for development of their resources.
- Min Bachelors Degree, Business or Management preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Proficient in the application of modern training techniques and tools
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Self starter with innovation, integrity and attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas sector or Logistics industry will be a plus
- Ability to travel ~ 30%
