- Oversee daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Maximize customer their satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and quires.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Set Sales Targets.
- Prepare reports at the end of the week, including staff control, food control and sales.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
- To Promote organize marketing activities, such as promotional in local community through word-of- mouth, events and discount schemes.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and keep them motivate.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Analyses and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability and take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
