MS Events Group is seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development & Recruitment Manager to help develop and grow our recruitment services within the UK market.
This is a hands-on 360° recruitment and business development role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective UK clients, making outbound calls, building relationships with decision-makers, pitching our recruitment services, handling objections and converting opportunities into active clients and vacancies.
Once a vacancy has been secured, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This will include sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, shortlisting candidates, presenting suitable applicants to clients, coordinating interviews, obtaining feedback and following the process through to a successful placement.

You should be highly organised, persistent with follow-ups, target-driven and capable of working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
You must have excellent spoken and written English and be available to work during UK business hours. A reliable computer, stable internet connection and professional environment for making business calls are essential.
Previous experience in recruitment, business development, B2B sales or client acquisition is preferred. Previous experience working with UK recruitment agencies or UK clients would be a strong advantage.
