We are looking for a detail-oriented MS Excel Data Analyst to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. This role involves data cleansing, reporting, conducting research, and ensuring smooth operational delivery across various projects. The position is full-time, entry-level, and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, scrubbing, cleansing, and validation to support business requirements.
- Generate accurate reports using advanced Microsoft Excel tools and formulas.
- Conduct internet and product research as needed to support data-driven decisions.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different organizational levels.
- Participate in occasional evening calls with U.S.-based clients.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and reporting techniques.
- Solid understanding of data processing and data quality assurance methods.
- Excellent online research capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BSC, BE, BSE, MCS, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- The role is based on a day shift schedule and requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office.
- This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary range of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
