We are looking for a Civil Engineer for a Complex Building Construction Project in Islamabad.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and managed commercial construction projects, mainly involving Building Finishing Works.
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, labor, and project teams to maintain workflow.
- Ensure quality control, safety measures, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare reports and update management on-site progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
- Forecast Civil Material Procurement.
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Well-connected within the construction industry and supplier/vendor networks.
- Excellent negotiation and labor management skills.
- Hands-on experience in project supervision and on-site execution.
- Technically proficient in all aspects of civil engineering and construction.
