M&S online seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the company's human resources functions and ensuring the well-being of our employees.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
Employee Relations:
- Provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and disputes with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure employees are well-informed about available benefits.
- Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure the company's HR practices align with best practices.
Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs within the organization.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in HR roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification .
- Experience working in HR 1 year
