We are looking for services of a "Project Manager".
MSA (Pvt.) Ltd is a Design-Build firm. We are looking for a very honest, responsible, hardworking and organized Project Manager with at least 3 years similar experience and with knowledge of accounts to help coordinate activities among several on going projects and ensure timely supply of materials and progress. Must have his own conveyance to Sector D12. Absolutely must have good communication skills and very good knowledge of excel worksheet.
Responsibilities:
- Order and ensure on timely delivery of materials to each site
- Coordinate with Client's representatives, subcontractors and our staff
- Check the project accounts in detail and maintain checks and balance on expenditure.
- Taking orders from new clients and some marketing
- Ensure site execution as per contract agreement
