Area Sales Manager

.As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales activities within your designated region. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the paints industry, particularly those with previous work experience in companies like Master Paint, Black Horse Paint, TM in Brighto Paints, or Dulux Paints.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals.
Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team to ensure maximum performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
Previous experience in the paints industry, particularly in companies like Master Paint, Black Horse Paint, TM in Brighto Paints, or Dulux Paints.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
