We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead our POS sales team. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, drive merchant acquisition and transaction growth, and build a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in banking, POS/payments, or FMCG
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and build high-performing teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Relationship Officers to achieve POS deployment targets
- Drive merchant on-boarding and ensure POS devices are active and transacting
- Monitor monthly merchant GTV and act on low-performing merchants
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key merchants and bank branches
- Ensure merchant satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Report weekly and monthly progress to management
