- Supervising the teams involved in reporting, product development and project management.
- Provide data and reports as part of management reporting section of company’s quarterly and yearly reports to its investors.
- Conduct analysis of various operations of the company and perform system analysis for system redesign and process improvement.
- Provide management with meaningful reports to aid the management in effective decision making.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPI’s) for their respective initiatives, new projects and features.
- Communication and dealing with client request for custom reports.
- Analyze the quarterly corporate forecast and provide management Quarterly reviews including drivers of variances.
- Identify and recommend ways to improve forecast/budget accuracy.
- Verify forecast accuracy by comparing forecast reliability by working directly with department managers.
- Work with functions to improve forecast reliability by working directly with department managers.
