  • This is a client facing role whereby the individual will be directly responsible for proactively managing company’s clients and is influential in shaping the client experience.
  • The Client Engagement Manager will own, manage, and execute strategic initiatives to support clients building and growing their SaaS solution on CareCloud’s modern platform.
  • The team member will also work closely with Client Success Managers by providing support on their book business on Revenue Cycle Management and SaaS clients.
  • The role requires a self-starting individual who is solution oriented to work cross-functionally with internal teams and ecosystem partners to support and accelerate client needs.
  • There is heavy emphasis on client satisfaction & retention; data analytics & information management; performance management to drive both client & company results; industry expertise & acumen; and ability to thrive in a high growth & fast paced company environment.
