RESPONSIBILITIES:

The mission of the Essential Project Manager is to oversee the implementation process, client workflows and business requirements to ensure a successful implementation of CareCloud products within a practice. The Essential Project Manager should guide the client and provide all related educational material to assist them with getting comfortable with the platform in parallel to notifying management of any potential roadblocks that may prevent clients from being successful. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience working in the healthcare field that is able to undertake a variety of projects, follow through on take away-s that need additional research and work diligently under pressure. They will be client-facing (US clients) and have a professional demeanor. 

  • Attending and participating in regular meetings with onshore and offshore teams. 
  • Leading structured meetings and training sessions with clients in a high-quality, professional manner.  
  • Preparing for all client facing sessions so there is a clear agenda, focused meeting and/or training session and proper follow ups.  
  • Handling sensitive and/or confidential communications between internal and external customers.  
  • Communicating with US teams effectively, including providing feedback in meetings.  
  • Answering incoming inquiries from clients via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner.  
  • Managing time and priorities effectively. 
  • Consistently following internal playbook workflows as instructed and offering suggestions on updates as needed. 
  • Collaborating with consultants, team leads and managers to provide feedback and ideas on any opportunities for improvements.  
  • Proactively communicating with team members to assist with solving problems or answering client questions.  
  • Assisting with documenting updates on educational material. 
  • Anticipating problems before the occur and creatively thinking of strategic resolutions.  
  • Managing client expectations in a professional, realistic, and tactful manner

SKILLS/TOOLS:

  • Healthcare Expertise: Understands US healthcare industry trends and ambulatory practice operations.  
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to listen and acknowledge varying points of view and convey a level of professionalism and diplomacy that will serve to build and maintain relationships throughout the course of the implementation project. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications. 
  • Creative thinker who is not afraid to bring new ideas and strategies to the table. 
  • Keen sense of urgency. 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask. 
  • Ability to manage stress and strict deadlines.  
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional poise, and self-starter.
