RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build a long-term vision for where and how CareCloud will engage in Healthcare investor communities, driven by a strategy with clear critical metrics. 
  • Collaborate with other functions across CareCloud to lead all aspects of HealthCare investor community engagement including social media strategy, blogs, and forums. 
  • Deliver meaningful sage guidance to facilitate investor success. 
  • Apply all the customer touchpoints within CareCloud, plus social media and industry reports, to monitor the community pulse and serve as the internal voice of the customer, including the creation of a regular cadence of reporting. 
  • Develop content marketing plans aligned with product and business unit goals. 
  • Drive strategy and execution for (global) events aimed at engaging the healthcare investor community. 
  • Liaise with customer care to respond promptly to investor needs and concerns. 
  • Leverage deep understanding of healthcare investing to proactively engage with investors. 
  • Work closely and effectively with Go-To-Market and Public Relations teams. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Crafting and implanting high impact community or marketing programs. 
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things, techniques, and technologies. 
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare investing industry and community. 
  • Intermediate social media marketing knowledge. 
  • Familiarity with the data points that drive healthcare purchase decisions (SEO backlinks, age, keywords, search volume). 
  • Analytical ability to share data/sage guidance with community to make informed decisions. 
  • Experience effectively communicating with the healthcare investing community.
