• Administer processes needed for the quality management system to ensure that they are established, implemented and maintained via departmental schedules and keeping the manager updated on daily scheduled commitments.
  • Coordinate with certifying body and represent the management during certification and surveillance audits.
  • Ensure Quality Management System processes are “established, implemented and maintained”,
  • Report to “top management” on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed.
  • Prepare and update the QMS documents (namely Quality Manual, Quality system procedures and other documentations).
  • Ensure the compliance of all the functions as per the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
  • Compliance of all the functions as per the ISO/IEC 27001:2000 standard.
  • Scheduling and conducting Management Review Meetings
  • Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits, preparing audit reports, Writing Nonconformity reports.
  • Communicating to the Top Management on Quality issues / Non-conformities & Audit reports
  • Follow up on Audit reports with complete information and ensure the closing of the audits take place as scheduled and the closing reports are submitted on time.
  • Take corrective actions and preventive actions to be implemented by the Head of Departments as required.
  • Ensure efficient communication and follow up on QMS issues that require interdepartmental coordination by engaging actively with the various heads of departments.
  • Timely and effective implementation of the Internal Annual Audit Schedule.
  • Conduct Internal Audits in person as scheduled in the Annual Audit Schedule.
  • Create ISO/Quality awareness for the associates by internal trainings.
  • Suggest needed improvements to the QMS and publish minutes of the management review meeting. 
  • Time to time review of all the functions, to check the effective implementation of Quality Management system.
