REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Perform data discovery and architecture/design for Exchange migration projects.
- Implement Exchange, perform Exchange migrations and troubleshoot existing installations.
- Integrate Exchange with load balancing, anti-spam and content filtering solutions.
- Management and migrations to office 365. Managing and implementing Microsoft DFS.
- Managing and implementing Active Directory domain/forest migrations.
- Managing and implementing SCCM. Managing and implementing Lync.
- Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation.
- Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required.
SKILLS & TOOLS:
- Enterprise Active Directory/Exchange Servers.
- Technical Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016.
- Advanced experience with cloud platforms including O365 and TEAMS.
- Intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell/VB Script) Languages & Tools
- Microsoft IIS administration and configuration.
- Linux/UNIX administration.
- Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration.
- Group Policy design and configuration.
- Microsoft Office 365.
- Microsoft server 2008/2012/2016.
- Microsoft Azure, Active directory, DNS, DHCP.
- SCCM, SharePoint, PowerShell.
